Hello there, Steve your webmaster here! I’ve made a few organization changes to the website to try and make the more commonly-used pieces of information more accessible. Some of the most-viewed pieces of information are the neighborhood covenants for the various filings. I’ve moved this up to the main menu bar, out of the Resources tab where it originally resided. To keep the top-level menu to a manageable number of items, I’ve replaced the unused Links menu item with the old Neighborhood Resources menu (now called just Resources). This is where you can find items of general interest, such as Ute Valley Park updates, information on crime prevention, etc. I’ve also added a Forms page under the HOA section that contains all the forms (yep, all three of ’em!) that we use: the membership form, the UTS form, and the new ACC project request form.
