HOA Membership and Trash Form (Only required for paying by check)

Joining the Pinecliff Homeowners’ Association (PHOA) is easy and voluntary! You have two choices: pay online via the link below or pay by check with completed membership and trash form!

Pay Online

If you do NOT want to pay online use the traditional method, follow these steps:

  1. Download and print the PHOA Membership and Trash Form.
  2. Fill out the paper copy of the form.
  3. Payment options when not paying online:
    • Drop off the completed form and check in the locked mailbox at 1320 Golden Hills Rd
    • Alternatively, mail the completed form, along with your check payable to the Pinecliff Homeowner’s Association, to the following address:

Pinecliff Trash Service

With the goal of saving the Pinecliff Homeowners Association (PHOA) members money, and over time, reducing the heavy-load truck traffic running through our streets, the PHOA has negotiated an agreement with Republic Environmental for a lower cost trash service in our area.

  • Pinecliff trash service is paid on a yearly bases. Our trash year runs from March 1st through February 28/29th. Trash renewals start in January of each year. You may start trash service at anytime durning the year. If you are starting mid year, please contact the trash coordinator at trashservice@pinecliff-hoa.com.
  • Our weekly service level with Republic (formally GFL) is for the 96-gallon trash bin plus two extra bags, up to lawn & leaf size, per week. All trash must be placed inside the bin and/or bags. Please have your bin and any bags curbside by 7am on Tuesday mornings ready for pickup.
  • Except for pickup days, your bin should be stored in the garage or a secure location. Please note that Pinecliff falls under the cities Bear Resistant Ordinance. Trash bins cannot be put out prior to 5am on trash day and must be secured no later than 7pm that same day. The bears are out in the neighborhood and are very active!
  • If you ever have a need for extra items to be picked-up (ie. extra bags, odd items, etc.), please contact Republic in advance at (719) 633-8709 to make the arrangements for the pickup and payment of the associated fee.
  • Republic observes 6 holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday, trash service will be on Wednesday that week. All other times, your service day will be Tuesday. If for some reason the driver(s) are unable to service your home due to weather, they will be out the next business day to pickup missed bins.
  • If you will be gone more that 4 consecutive weeks, missing 4 pickups or more, you may place a hold on service and a refund will be issued to you upon your return. To do this, contact me via email trashservice@pinecliff-hoa.com.
